3.5/5 - It's just OK. If it were just trying to be yet another 4X game, it would've been an average bear sorta game.
But it was riding on both Sid Meier and the Civilization brand (and more importantly and implicitly, Alpha Centauri), and it really can't fill the shoes of those giants. Everything is just kindasorta polished but mediocre unfortunately.
