You can't recapture the magic that was Elvis Presley but this movie does a decent job of trying to portray what a dynamic and complicated performer he was and why he is still such an icon. Butler does a great job considering whose shoes he is trying to fill and I guess when you get the stamp of approval from Priscilla and Lisa Marie you know you must have done something right.
