Well, it is Resident Evil. But too short, too concise and tidy of a plot, wrapped up in 4 episodes when it could have easily been 10. Wish they could have done more development and background story before getting to the 'punchline' so to speak. They did leave a loose end so there's plenty of opportunity for more episodes.

The movie itself is a heavy handed over the top drama but nonetheless tells the memorable tale of the immense sacrifice of hundreds of power plant employees, who were collectively dubbed in western media as 'the Fukushima 50.' While the on screen portrayal was a good jolt of artistic license with a big dose of emotional acting the heroics displayed were nonetheless real examples of those knowingly rushing headlong into harm's way in order to safeguard the future for others. Had not for their selfless acts, the Japan that we know may no longer exist as a nuclear disaster an estimated ten times that of Chernobyl was possible and would have engulfed the majority of the Japanese islands, including Tokyo. Worth watching simply for the information of how close to being destroyed Japan came and for the historical information.
