This book is the one you need if you want to feel more resilient, in control, and self-aware. I highly recommend it! This book is a fantastic starting point as a mental health “toolbox” because not everyone wants to, needs to, or can afford to consult a psychologist.
The book has short chapters on everything from self-doubt, fear, stress, and sadness to emotional discomfort and motivation. Each chapter contains helpful advice and easy-to-follow instructions for handling stressful situations, handling emotions in a healthy way, and comprehending how the mind functions.
Reading this book has taught me a lot about who I am, and I’ve realised how many things I need to improve.
Each chapter concludes with a summary of the subject and some useful suggestions. You can select the chapters that are most relevant to you rather than having to read the entire book from cover to cover. I’ve read through little more than half of the book so far without missing anything, and I’ve learned a tremendous amount.
