I enjoyed this low key and complex movie. In a world where so many of us face social isolation in our lives and spend so much time relating to our electronic devices, this movie tales it just a short step further, to have the AI become our friend and lover. It is science fiction/science fact taken into our everyday lives. The acting is well done, as are the sets of the only slight future.

I was so impressed by this film and how creative and fresh it was. They take a disappearing teenager story and turn it into a modern technical marvel, using the everyday devices and programs we are surrounded by. The acting was excellent, the story riveting, and the visuals an amazing blend of real life and online images.

I was surprised and captivated by this movie. Visually it is a beautiful combination of a soft focused 60's world and it's hard science. The costumes are wonderful, and the music lyrical. The acting is very good and very subtle, and the creature has a stunning sort of unworldly beauty. It actually deserved the best picture Oscar, which many winners do not in retrospect.

I enjoyed it. Great special effects, exciting fight and battle scenes, interesting characters, decent acting.

I thought this movie was one of the best baseball movies I have ever seen. The acting is very good, and both Chadwick Bozeman and Harrison Ford are excellent.

I am an old fan of the books. Considering how complex and funny and bizarre the book is, I thought they made a good effort to capture the feeling we fans enjoy. Not completely successful, but worth seeing. All the actors approached it with a sort of carefree recklessness, which works. The Jim Henson studio did a fun job on the aliens.

Sean Penn does the performance of a lifetime. I remember how shocking the murder of Harvey Milk and Mayor Mascone was. This is a wonderful movie about the early years of the gay rights movement and it has held up very well and a must see. The film clips from the time are incorporated well into the movie.

The special effects are amazing, but the movie feels like a bunch of long previews spliced together. Take ten minutes from all the movies, spliced together and you have this one.

I enjoyed the movie and always like to see strong female characters. That said, like most Marvel movies, it leans more on amazing special effects and battle scenes than on a great script. I always feel just a little disappointed that they couldn't be better written with less wooden dialogue. Still very worth the time.
