Long dragging paragraphs to explain a simple concept, extremely wordy, trying to find the main point is like searching for a needle in a haystack, references jumping all over the place, not user friendly and doesn’t aid comprehension, too much inane commentary. I’m sure author is very knowledgabe in accounting, but the book is too inconcise to make it a good educational material and too wordy to be layman entertainment
