I over all enjoyed the movie and was absolutely shocked at the end of the movie. I literally sat through the credits trying to process it.
It was a good movie and I understood that it wanted to show the difference between The Joker and Arthur Fleck. When he's laughing in the rain after he found out he was gonna die he was crying.
In a way to me his laughing was him crying. At the end he was free from the pressure that the world put him through and that he would no longer have people torment him to be Joker or just hate him for who he was.
It complete shattered the view of Harley Quinn always being there for her Joker.
I just wonder if there will be a third movie and if it takes a turn and instead of Arthur Fleck's perspective it would be Lee's perspective of what has gone in her head at that moment.
