I chose a terrible time to read a Jack Reacher novel... Here I am surrounded by demands for radical reform due to police brutality trying to sympathize with an ex-military cop who condemns everyone loosely related to two crime families to death, then he walks away without consequences. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
