I never knew Wil Farrell could make a bad movie until now. It was so bad. My husband and kids have banned me from picking out movies now. It was NOT funny. It was boring. It was like putting an ordinary families life on the screen. Some people in the theater left before the end of it. And I'm surprised JLD was in a movie like this. She's usually always funny in the shows she is in. This was just a horrible painful movie to sit through. I didn't know it was a remake. I just saw Will Farrel was in it and figured it would be a fun movie to see....NOPE! I totally agree that there was false advertising...a bait and switch. This is NOT a comedy.
