I was a little boy when this show was on. Programs such as Highway Patrol, though "hokey" by today's standards, take me back to what seemed to be simpler times. I would bet that the desolate areas seen in Highway Patrol are now populated and covered with houses. I also dig how all the criminals wear suits and ties. Really hardened criminals dispense with the ties in favor of an open collar sport shirt.

A triumph. We need more like it!!!
