I read this when I was 12... No going back now!😅 It's brutal and a lot to digest, but so is the human condition... Rough read but this case slides under the radar too often. What these women went through was horrific. If you can't stomach reading it, imagine the trauma these women deal with, to this day. I felt like I owed them, to at the very least know their story and be aware of the cruelty human beings are capable of. To this day, these horrible cases keep me vigilant in trying to keep myself and my children safe. It's easy to slip into the delusion that people are inherently "good". I disagree though. I think we all have to fight to be and do good, every day we wake up. It's all about choices. Make good choices today.🌻
