There are moments of humor in this series, but many characters aren't plausible: for example, there is too much blind acceptance of the alien's socially inappropriate behavior. The weird nod to Native American spiritual beliefs: does anyone actually believe this? Asta Twelvetrees is both a nurse and a person who accepts Native American superstitions? This is too busy and unpersuasive. Some of the acting is flat and stiff. The script is also flat, awkward, unbelievable at points.
