Poorly researched on topics related to animal birth control and mass anti-rabies vaccination of street dogs with a view to check overpopulation and prevention of rabies. Surprising that there is absolutely no mention of poor waste disposal and garbage management as the fundamental problem of street dog proliferation. Wish the author stuck to topics that he knew and not venture into areas where he has no experience nor exposure.
