How did I miss this film? 🤔
This is a classic satisfying drama. If you haven't already please do watch this film. It is there on Youtube for free.
Aishwarya Rai and Tabu delivered excellent performances. Though this isn't really a 'hero' oriented film like the rest, Ajit, Mammotty have very decent roles.
Hats off to the director.
This is easily of the best drama films of that era. They make me proud of my culture / heritage.
A thank you note:
Thanks for uploading this film in HD quality. if this was not available for free on Youtube, I would have never watched this film and would have missed such an easily one of the greatest films of 2000s. Women oriented dramas generally get a less enthusiastic response from the crowds but this one is a gem. I myself would have to literally drag my feet to watch a women-centric film so I won't blame the masses. This one sets itself apart. It is not boring. Every moment of the film is enjoyable. The characters grow on you. Aishwarya Rai's character of the 'young girl' in the family is so adorable. She reminded me of my uncle's daughter (my sister) who is equally chirpy and makes home that much brighter. Tabu's character is very relatable too. When she says 'yes' and is completely embarrassed after realizing that the handsome dude (Ajit) just came for lighting. Ajit's character is so nice to actually fall in love with her after feeling her vulnerability (seeing her cry). I felt that I would have fallen for her the same way if I were in such a position. I love all the characters. They felt as if they are the part of my own extended family. Thank you so much for making this film. Thank you so much for uploading this film.
