An under qualified police officer turned terribly trained 911 operator in the midst of a legal battle we (viewers) have no clue about until the end of the movie is drawn into a case from a 911 call he takes. If you still decide to watch this, get ready for an hour or two of shouting at the TV. TIP: keep your remote away from you just so you don't end up throwing it out of frustration. :) Your welcome in advance!
