It is probably enjoyable if you havent read the books, but a dissapointment for those who have. Crucial elements that make the world of Wheel of Time so rich and attractive, like the male and female sides of the One Power (Saidin and Saidar), were completely neglected, leaving the story unoriginal and plain. It is like the creators of the show thought they could create a better world than Robert Jordan did so they created their own world and used elements of The Wheel of Time. The result was a cheap version of the world experienced by the readers of the book. The trivialization of sex in the show is also an unfortunate deviation from the book that takes away from character development and beliveability. Robert Jordan must be turning in his grave.
