Awful customer service. The manager on the mens section in the Fairview mall location his name is Ryan is very unhelpful and does not care about customer service. I am a very honest customer that expects appreciation for being so. I bought a suite (Ralph Lauren) paid 700 dollars for it. I wore it once and it’s cleaner than when I got it. I am not comfortable with it and took to return it. First they said where is the tag so I said I wore it once and I removed the tags but I have them with me at home. They said please bring them. Then Ryan came and said no I can’t return the suite. We normally spend around 2000 dollars a year at the bay. And this is the customer service they provide. I could have put the tags back and said that I did not ware it but I always opt for being truthful. I guess this is not appreciated. Fine I will certainly express my opinion about the bay to everyone especially this Ryan. Don’t ever shop there.
