Great film, Denzel very rarely disappoints and he certainly doesn't here - and the nine year old Dakota Fanning is fantastic, you never feel she's 'acting'.. she's 100% 'real'. In fact the whole cast are brilliant. It's rare that a hard hitting film that brings the brutal carnage of organised crime into your living room, can also engage your heart with its tenderness. Don't listen to Rotten Tomatoes' critics, listen to their audience, 89% of whom loved it - I'm one of them. My advice : Watch it!
