No nonsense is included in this book. Just got to the straight point about pointing on how to lead a good and passionate life which leads to healthy life. But just living a passionate life isn’t enough we should also concentrate on our diet and all this stuff is compared with the villagers in okinawa where the people live with more life expectancy. Their traditions,food,community,work - where most of the people do what they like. As an Indian ( from south ) i really resonate with this book I recommend it strongly to read this book because the word “IKIGAI” is not just a word you can find the meaning in google you will realise after read This book what is meant by true meaning of IKIGAI.
