I was extremely skeptical, being a fan of the old school final fantasy games 1-9 and thing everything since then has been utter garbage. But this game is great. It has a few minor flaws that could have been buffed out but nothing that hurts the games performance. I love the new combat system. I can wait to play the rest of this game when it comes out.
