Best game I’ve played in years. I’ve dipped my toes into Souls games over the years and have loved many elements to them, but eventually get too frustrated with the difficulty that I quit. I have stuck with Elden Ring longer than any Souls game. It is a breathtaking game, challenging, but always gives you space to grow or try something different - until you can return to a challenge being more powerful or having learnt something new. I haven’t had this much fun playing a videogame in a long time, it’s bringing back the feeling of wonder and excitement I had playing videogames as a child/teen again!
