Monkeyman - a truly excellent film. Amazed by Dev Patel’s performance and the fact he wrote, directed and produced it too! What an extraordinary talent he has become. If you haven’t seen it, believe it’s a must watch. Lots of violence but that’s not my reason for liking it - rather, I love the parallels drawn to the Hindu epic Ramayana. But it’s the breathtaking cinematography, story line and music that makes this a truly memorable film. Hope it wins awards.
