I enjoyed it but missed Tge Doors and Joni Mitchell. It was a bit of a vanity film for Jakob and was missing more anecdotes about Laurel Canyon and where the hits were written. Elliot Mintz and Chris Blackwood were tbere too but no mention.

Pretentious...too much of a method actors movie and self indulgent.

The colors of the film, sand, teal, caramel, follow throughout as a delicious backdrop for a vicious character. Amazing to watch and compelling from beginning to end. Sadly, I know this main character and Daniel Day Lewis played him to perfection. A masterpiece!
