I love all the characters in the Robicheau series and have read all the books. This one left me scratching my bald head. If this is the last in this series I would have hoped for a better ending. If you are contemplating reading this series, DO NOT start with this book. It will leave you wondering if you are reading a detective crime novel or a paranormal novel. It was ok, not one of his best.
