Honestly... I lost count for how many things they changed or took out from the original and also the historical aspect too. Not only that but they white washed their accents like crazy as if every person had a vocal coach..🤦🏻‍♀️ The emotional scenes were underplayed to the point that it was like noone had emotions... They put all these good actors in this movie and then sabotaged them by stripping them of their accents and their emotional scenes. I am so sick of how born and raised asian decent individuals get forced to change their accents. Biggest pet peeve however is how they tried to change the story in every aspect almost...a Phoenix instead of mooshoo?? Really? The grandma is gone? She doesn’t fall for the captain either. It’s not even the huns that they are fighting..🤦🏻‍♀️ They gave mulan a sister??? Their vision on heritage and understanding of Chinese culture disgusts me...People would have not acted the way they did for many of the scenes too... They should have payed the money for the best director and story writer they probably didn’t tho... they probably spent all the money on the actors judging on how it turned out.. For anyone who read this far I am a huge avatar the last airbender fan... I relate this as equally bad as the live action movie for that show...
