They really dropped a bomb in this one. Haha. I almost fell asleep. They could have done so much with the race against all the countries building the atomic bomb but they didn’t. I get it was centered around Openheimer I think that was the biggest mistake. They centered it too much around the politics involving him. The race between the nations building the atomic bomb and the war is actually a very interesting concept. There is so many cool cinematic events like England's attempt in blowing up the heavy water plant to stop Germany from building the atomic bomb would have been so cool in this movie. Men jumping out of planes in wing suits and skying down mountains. But no. They could have captured so many perspectives. They could have captured Heisenbergs perspective and story. I mean it was 3 hours long. They could have covered japans perspective during and after the droppings of the atomic bomb. I listened to the last podcast on the left series about the Manhattan project and that’s what made me wana see the movie and I was disappointed.
