Prob the best! My fav scene is him at the exam. SPOILER!! He really likes to be competitive with the other student beside him with pens. And then he gets confused at the test paper and tries to cheat with the other student and then gives up and crying "MOMMY, MOMMY, MOMMY!" about 2 hours passed he realized that the test paper he's taking is Calculus and also realized that the Trigonometry paper (The one he studied) is still on the envelope. He tried to finish it (With the other student's pen) and when the time stops, he didn't. He was warned 2 times until the headmaster screamed and the alarm clock was alarmed. (End of spoiler) But sadly though there are other people who don't get it and just give it 1 star. So let me tell you rn. Mr. Bean is THE BEST! Rowan Atkinson is THE BEST!
