You and your buddies can team up, mass report literally everything someone says (regardless of the content "Hi man! how are you!" <-- report) and get them banned. It's happened to me twice now. Its an automated system when they hit X reports it bans. Best case scenario for the recipient of the ban is they get unbanned after 48-96 business hours later, worse case is they actually said 1+ actually (even remotely) offensive thing ("Beta roadhog") and the ban is permanent. Horrible automated system super easy to abuse. Let alone the game is toxic as hell.
