This is a solidly good black movie that is written for everyone, but takes it's own advice too, by not apologizing if it's truth hurts white feelings. It makes fun of the "Bagger Vance" type of movie that claims to be a "black" film but is written to make it's "white" audience feel good for the sake of box office receipts. This "movie" is so much more than just a movie; evoking memories of "The Hollywood Shuffle" 1987.
