The description above is inaccurate. The film does feature a man, his wife, and her lover, but it is not about supporting his heroin addiction, and he does not consider himself to be gay. The main character, Joe, is a father, husband out of necessity, and a sex worker. He works the street corner to make money and is open with his male peers about his experiences. When asked if he's straight, he says "It's not about being straight or- or not straight. You just do whatever you have to do."
The film follows his day working and socializing with a variety of interesting LGBT+ people.
TW: there is a strange monologue about midway through where a woman describes being r*ped, you can skip this; it has no relevance to the plot.
