Was disappointed. It could have been great, the story line and historical insights/impacts of life in the racing industry during the time period were interesting. However, the social justice pablum just felt exhausting and condescending. Really felt lectured to. The gratuitous murder of main character at end was disappointing. Was like an agenda box being checked off. Just gave up at that point. Skimmed to the end just to finish. Disappointing.
