It was a pretty decent flick until they had to have the scene where Anne tells him she wants nothing more to do with Matthew, but allows Matthew to take advantage of her like some sort of "I won" pre-reward for sort of agreeing he would take her man out--showing pretty explicit visuals of the transaction. I didn't find that scene consensual or romantic, but violating much like rape. Hollywood took things too far. Especially after what Anne had just said, and especially after leading the audience to believe she was already victimized by the other man. It really surprised me Matthew played a part like that scene. Eww. That whole scene should've been removed from the movie. It gave me chills and changed the context of the whole movie to me. :(
