Terrible show, greedy people, awful personalities. Evicting long standing tenants in North Hollywood to add another overpriced apartment building at a time when LA is having a homeless crisis and rents are astronomical. Why can't they do some good for a community and renovate the existing historic bungalows rather than evict long-term, senior, and disabled residents? Sick of seeing the greed. Shame on HGTV for supporting this ridiculous behavior.
