David Muir is a poser. Vacuous- but isn’t that what desk anchors are. SNL should have parodied him and the other two network anchors years ago . Ron Burgundy would not be viewed as a self righteous buffon today. Veronica Corning worth would also fit right in. I guess people really don’t want the actual news. They want to be told when to be comforted or alarmed like in the movies.

Watched it for at least the 4th time. one of my favorite movies by Scorsese. The last scene haunts me with the progression of New York rising to one of the greatest cities in the world and the disintegration of the headstones in the foreground. Brilliant!

Brooklyn is a timeless classic, too bad it was so hard to find on streaming after its release. It’s a great movie to revisit every zest Patrick’s Day.

It grabs you by the heart and soul. I thank God I have my warm home and bed, grocery stores and cinema as fine as this.

Love the regulars, Kat and Tyrus. The guests are funny especially Jamie Lysson??? Where has he been he’s clever.
