You're customer service is useless. Bought the Ultimate edition and still do not have ANYTHING but the basic Diablo 4 game. Customer support has been 0 help and keeps giving me phone numbers to your identity helpers in california?? Do better Blizzard. I want a full refund or at least an actual answer to why I can't get the Ultimate edition perk.
