The most wonderful book which is a mixture of sadness and yet hopeful at the same time. It really resonated with me and although I do lots for wildlife in my small garden, it just makes me want to do even more! I lent this book to my friend just up the road from me and she felt exactly the same, that together we can all make a difference to wildlife, even if, like us you only have a small space. Kate is so passionate and knowledgeable, one can't help but be inspired. Thanks to Kate, my friend and I are getting a double swift box each and we both bought hedgehog boxes , my friend is also going to put a small pond in. Every little bit makes a difference.
