I've always been amazed by the Mayan ways of life, their use of plants for medicinal purposes and their magnificent temples. This book has many uses. I enjoy reading about the plant identification and how Mayans used specific plants for medicine, food, dyes, instruments and clothing. The book is well written and the photographs are phenomenal!
