Not nearly as good as chapter 1. The director tried to make it a hollywood horror film rather than the trademark King psychological horror it is. Even Pennywise was not as scary and menacing. I do think the ghosts and goblins were supposed to imitate a 1980's horror movie. With the technology we have now, these "creatures" could have been much better. It was entertaining, but I expected more than what we got.
