As someone with autism myself, I actually almost started crying after the first episode. The amount of times I saw myself in Woo was, in fact, extraordinary. She’s higher needs than I am, but still. The times they show how she sees the world while overstimulated and the way she ties everything back to her hyperfixation are wonderfully done. It really gave me courage to be myself and not mask as often. It’s very freeing
