I watched this twice before I passed judgement. Being a long term Ford Fan I was surprised at how much I didn't know of the history, including Ken Miles existance. The dramatic scene Hollywood has to put in making the Duece cry after Shelbys ride was the worst part IMHO. After doing more research, Hollywood ruins an otherwise awesome story with tid bits of drama that just don't need to take away from the historic events. Stealing stop watches, Shelby Miles grocery fight, the throwing and framing of the wrench, just unecessary. Why not put in there that Miles actually said that Ford treated him good. Regardless I thought Christian Bale was fantastic, and Damon did a great job too. One of the best car movies aside from the fake drama.
