The premise is totally ridiculous for a series unless you come up with some prosthetic device that allows her to overcome her blindness and maybe give her superior visual abilities. The first show was OK, but in real life, she'd be dead. So come up with an Elan Musk type that's working on a visual enhancement device and wants to make her a guinea pig/tester and you might have something to make a series out of.
