This has to be one of the greatest movies I’ve seen in awhile, even outside of the horror genre. It was terrifying, suspenseful and downright disturbing. It checked every box for me, directed incredibly well with an effective soundtrack. I think it’s important for everyone to watch this film as it portrays the misogynistic nightmares women have had to endure for centuries that continue through today. The film does a great job at explaining this both symbolically and literally, which makes it infinitely times scarier than movies based on fictional themes like ghosts/monsters, although it still has that haunting nightmarish scare to it. Please give it a try!
