A show that seems like a child’s version of what an adult show is. It ought to have been better, but after two episodes, I started the third and could not finish it. The Last Kingdom was so good; this is so bad.

Love the attempted world building, I’m a huge fan of post-apocalyptic literature, but this show is dull, dull, dull, boring, boring, boring. There is so much left unexplained and so many plot holes that function as excuses for dramatic tension. I care for none of the characters, one way or the other.

It’s a great show, but I am frightened by it too. I’m not sure where it’s going, but the eerie work environment creates a creepiness that I can’t shake after an episode ends. The supposed “work-life” balance just seems all authoritarian work and no individuality at play. I’m hoping for some resolution and something like a happy ending…
