I enjoy the show for many reasons. I felt a little disappointed on the piece about rural medical care. I get the emotion and consequences of the impact of rural medical care facilities closing. But, I finished watching not having any idea for the reasons. What costs are going up so high that the facilities cannot compete? I felt I only got the symptoms and not the diagnosis.
