Average at best, swing timing mechanics are absolutely poor. Do a swing calibration exercise to get the timing down and comfortable with what you want but once out on the course playing a round it goes out the window, no matter how often you keep your downswing timing accurate to a previous perfect shot it will always go fast or slow and result in a hook or slice.
