The childish sexual innuendos grew to be too much for this viewer before end of 2nd season. Like watching a tasteless sitcom. Otherwise the show is clever and well written.
I do like Spader in all his shows, and his combination with Shatner works very well. The closing arguements are what I enjoy most, as a TV juror, I'm usually caught in the middle of a decision I thought would be easy to make.
