I used to like marvel movies but the forced messaging has gotten too far to the point that it affects the writing. This show is no different with its lack of humor, character contradictions, and man-bashing. You can create a compelling female badass character without alienating half your audience and putting them down. I’m not sure if there’s a character arc that’s going to happen later but a lot of the protagonist’s actions don’t make sense and doesn’t allow the audience to connect with her.
