What do the so-called critics want from an exuberant, fast paced gem of a movie? So what if the movie is only loosely based on Barnum’s life. So what if it’s not as realistic as they want. But what musical isn’t (see West Side Story, Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar). What more could a movie or musical fan want. Outstanding cast, great musical score and fun story!
