I never bother with spending time on reviews, but this show has become a big disappointment after a very promising first season! The first season was good and held your interest with the mystery elements. But I have now stopped recording it after only 4 episodes of season 2 (and the 4th was "extra grace" because I wanted to stop last week). Why? Really, who can watch ALL THAT CRYING week after week?? And the worse being the character Maggie, who has the emotional maturity of a teenager--maybe teenagers are writers? ("Mom always liked you best" is becoming too childish to deal with.) Have personally dealt with suicide, death, divorce, cancer and debilitating disease in my family, and no one became as self-centered and one dimensional as these characters, esp. Maggie, who seems to have become the show's primary focus (maybe because she cries well?). Broaden the story line, have some balance, get fresh writers and I'll give season 3 a shot (should this show make it there).
