*SPOILER ALERT* I'm not a sports person so I didn't know about this story at all, but WOW... What a wild situation for all the involved! One thing though, there is a disclaimer at the beginning of the episodes indicating that, at the time of filming, the participants were unaware that one of the subjects identified as a transgender woman, however, when the participants were being interviewed about said subject, they used the pronoun "they" when referring to that person. Seems like the participants were fully aware, why disclaim that they weren't?
